Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities, implementing personalized behavior intervention programs designed to address their unique needs. Your role is crucial in creating positive, lasting changes that enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans in collaboration with BCBA clinicians.
  • Provide direct support and supervision to clients in one-on-one settings.
  • Monitor progress, track data, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
  • 6 months of ABA experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We have centers located throughout NJ/PA/DE, MA, VA, CT, and AZ. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
