Industrial Manufacturing Technician

This role involves assisting in the manufacture and shipment of high-quality products through various means such as transferring, cleaning, painting, removing, sweeping, shoveling, and operating assembly machines. Additionally, you will aid in relieving other employees for breaks, injuries, sickness, tardiness, absenteeism, or vacation/personal days.
Responsibilities:- Aid in manufacturing and shipping quality products
- Transfer, clean, paint, remove, sweep, and shovel as directed by supervision
- Operate assembly machines, tools, dip tanks, paint lines, impregnators, and other related equipment to produce finished products
- Assist in setting up and material handling as necessary
- Perform minor troubleshooting and provide efficient productivity
- Pack, inspect, prepare for shipment/transfer all products and/or material as necessary
- Operate moving, hauling, and storing equipment
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to adapt quickly to new situations and tasks. Additionally, you should be proficient in using precision measuring instruments, gauges, and other equipment to inspect castings visually and dimensionally.
Working ConditionsThe noise level in this position is such that earplugs must be worn at all times. Personal protective equipment must also be worn at all times, including hard hats, safety glasses, earplugs, and steel toe shoes. Safety equipment is provided by the company, except for steel toe shoes, which must be provided by the employee on their first day of employment.
