Nurse Care Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at The Blake at Pensacola. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care and service to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and provide medical treatment according to physician orders, adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Deliver world-class care and service to residents, remaining flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs, promoting their overall well-being.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team to prioritize tasks, document resident care, and follow through on assignments.
- Serve as charge nurse on shift, overseeing personal assistants under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team.
Requirements:
- A caring heart and a willingness to serve others.
- A current license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) issued by the state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Assisted Living or Long-term care experience preferred.
- Current First Aid certification preferred.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
