About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Security Systems, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to security systems, as well as providing education and support to customers.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday from 9:00AM - 6:00PM & Saturday 10:00AM - 6:00PM. Estimated salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to security systems.
  • Provide education and support to customers on security system features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Working knowledge of security systems and associated technologies.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Low-voltage license or security industry certification.
