About the Position:

We are in search of an experienced and innovative Senior Product Strategist for a consulting opportunity with a renowned client in the pharmaceutical sector. This position requires a strategic mindset with profound expertise in Supply Chain and a strong background in developing and executing cloud-based solutions. As a consultant, you will spearhead a transformative initiative, fostering innovation and ensuring the delivery of outstanding solutions that align with the client's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that resonates with the client's objectives and addresses critical gaps.
  • Ensure alignment with overarching project goals, including swift market introduction, exceptional user experience, multi-cloud integration, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Convert business requirements/Epics into technical specifications and requirements/User Stories within the Supply Chain domain.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, Microservices, REST APIs, MongoDB, Kafka, Spring Boot, DevOps, Jenkins, and React.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define User Stories that leverage the technology stack, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with the product vision.
  • Create a practical roadmap with a well-structured backlog, ensuring a clear progression from ideation to delivery.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and resolve issues based on both business and technical factors.
  • Promote the use of low-code/no-code solutions to achieve a rapid release cycle within existing traceability frameworks.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's workflows, APIs, integrations, and data requirements.
  • Advocate for the end-users throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are both valuable and user-friendly.
  • Implement and leverage continuous feedback mechanisms to refine and enhance products based on actual user experiences.
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional user experience, incorporating self-service onboarding, registration, and educational approaches.
  • Track key product metrics and utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the Supply Chain sector.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching effective cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong comprehension of Supply Chain management processes and operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a focus on influencing and achieving consensus across diverse teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS), including Kubernetes, Microservices, MongoDB, Kafka, Spring Boot, DevOps, Jenkins, and React.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, and AI applications within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Experience with cloud and digital transformation projects and innovative technology solutions in the Supply Chain.
  • Prior consulting experience, particularly with high-profile clients in the Supply Chain sector.
