We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at Dexian. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top technical talent for our cutting-edge FinTech firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and administrative tasks to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Providing recruiting services in accordance with our recruiting process, standards, and systems.
  • Managing the recruiting process for high-level, difficult positions, specialty positions, broad client groups, highly technical client groups, or complex track recruiting.
  • Executing the full life cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on meeting time-to-fill goals.
  • Developing an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality and quantity of candidates for the pipeline.
  • Possessing strong candidate and client management skills, with a proven ability to influence.
  • Developing and executing strategies autonomously to include networking, call lists, niche social networking, and general industry knowledge.
  • Acting as a recruiting partner and subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identifying 'root cause' solutions to complex recruiting issues and implementing solutions to mitigate immediate problems and future potential issues.
  • Addressing ambiguous situations or challenges and responding accordingly, drawing on one's subject matter expertise, skills, and abilities.
  • Screens and counsels candidates, coaches the hiring team, and negotiates the close.
  • Effectively facilitating formal consensus meetings with the hiring team.
  • Independent involvement when developing and executing strategies.
  • Practicing attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processing.
  • Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to run a full desk and source candidates.
  • Ability to manage the day and maintain candidate relationships.
  • Influential communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs/produce results.
  • 4+ years of experience in Recruiting Strategy: Collaborate with recruiting managers and peers to develop and implement recruiting strategy.
