Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate student advancement in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills within the beauty sector.
- Develop lesson plans for classroom instruction and student salon training.
- Deliver instruction in alignment with established lesson plans in both classroom and salon settings.
- Guide and mentor students on care techniques and essential competencies for professional success.
- Foster a positive and inspiring educational environment.
- Evaluate student progress and provide necessary support.
- Monitor student attendance and academic performance regularly; conduct follow-ups and mentoring when concerns arise.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a service provider in the beauty industry.
- Certification as an Educator is preferred; however, top candidates may be considered for completion of the permit and full teaching certification within 4 years as required.
- Must possess an inspiring, creative, supportive, and unbiased approach to teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to various individual needs and communication styles.
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
