Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Richmond. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Load housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and clean guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Inspect rooms for safety hazards and report any maintenance deficiencies or guest requests to a supervisor.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms and report lost and found articles to a supervisor.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work weekends and holidays.
