At Alliance Cancer Specialists, we are seeking a highly skilled Accountant II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the month-end close, including Balance Sheet and P&L reviews, journal entries, account reconciliations, and other general accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare financial schedules, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Advise management on financial matters, including practice management financial programs
  • Maintain general ledger and related systems for accounts receivable and accounts payable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong foundation in accounting and analytical skills
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred
