  • Monitor and control inventory rotation, accurate shipments, and product coding.
  • Provide training, guidance, and counseling to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to resolve production-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of reworked or returned products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; education beyond high school, including special training, vocational school, or college courses, is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise a team of personnel performing similar tasks.
  • Travel: 1-5 trips per year.
