Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments for return visits, manage end-of-day procedures, and balance patient accounts.
  • Data Management: Compile data for billing personnel, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with insurance procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with patients, physicians, and other care team members to provide seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a medical office setting preferred.
