Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by asking for the sale, scheduling appointments, and educating customers on our services.
  • Manage customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office, ensuring a positive first impression for customers.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager to update and maintain the store scheduler.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including filing repair orders, collecting payments, and providing warranty information.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting.
  • HS diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to relate well to a diverse customer base.
  • Call center sales experience (or equivalent sales experience) preferred.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS/management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to receive direction and work well with others.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Work Environment

The Customer Service Representative will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to paint, fumes, and particles. The ability to stoop, bend, and kneel is required, as well as the ability to carry and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs). Standing, sitting, and walking are also essential duties of this role.
