Job Title: Video Monitoring Operator I

Job Summary:

Kastle Systems is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Video Monitoring Operator I to join our team. As a Video Monitoring Operator I, you will be responsible for monitoring live cameras, processing video alarms, and communicating with clients to ensure their security and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live cameras and process video alarms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with clients to inform them of security-related events and provide assistance as needed.
  • Work with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, providing professional and courteous service to clients.
  • Perform special projects and duties as assigned by the Operations Center Leadership Team.
  • Monitor surveillance and access control equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prioritize situations and investigate/dispatch on all safety and security-related incidents.

Requirements:

  • Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to interface and communicate with customers and co-workers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to perform detailed work in a time-sensitive call center environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and overnights.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good typing skills and ability to navigate multiple computer applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to analyze and solve routine problems.
