About this Role

We are currently seeking a Cardiac Care Specialist to join our team at one of our partner facilities in Valparaiso, Indiana. As a Cardiac Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care in acute care settings, including assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.">
  • Assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and provide interventions as necessary.">
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.">
  • Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care measures.">

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a current RN license, BLS Certifications, and two years of recent Telemetry experience. Strong communication and adaptability skills are also essential.
