Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Meridian Title Corporation. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily office operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office schedules, including printing and distributing closing schedules.
  • Respond to phone calls and direct internal and external customers to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Screen visitors, greet them warmly, and direct them to the correct person or area.
  • Prepare and deliver closing packages for Escrow Officers.
  • Order office supplies, including paper, coffee, and other essentials.
  • Assist with marketing and sales initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of receptionist experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in the real estate and/or title industry is a plus.
