Position Overview

Are you an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect seeking a rewarding role? Join Aretum, a leading technology firm dedicated to delivering innovative cloud solutions across diverse sectors.

In this position, you will take charge of designing and deploying robust and secure cloud infrastructures for our clientele. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather project requirements, offer technical expertise, and create cloud architectures that adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and execute cloud solutions utilizing top-tier platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to collect requirements and formulate cloud strategies.
  • Guarantee the security, scalability, and reliability of cloud environments.
  • Implement best practices and offer insights on cloud-native technologies and services.
  • Develop architectural diagrams, comprehensive documentation, and presentations.
  • Assist project teams in the deployment and execution of cloud solutions.
  • Guide and mentor junior cloud engineers.
  • Remain informed about the latest advancements and trends in cloud computing.
Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud solution design and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native services, including Lambda, EC2, S3, and RDS.
  • Thorough understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of networking, security, and infrastructure components.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Preferred certifications in cloud platforms.
  • Experience working with government or federal clients is advantageous.
