Job Title: Medical Practice Manager

Complete Care Centers, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Practice Manager to lead our multidisciplinary practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, providing exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, manage scheduling, and implement policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Patient Outcomes and Compliance: Monitor patient compliance, develop strategies to enhance patient outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the facility's budget, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Facility Development and Growth: Identify opportunities for practice growth, implement marketing initiatives, and analyze market trends to inform strategic planning.
  • Issue Resolution: Address patient complaints, identify operational issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a multidisciplinary practice.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and facility operations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
