Job Title: Legal Intake Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and potential clients, providing empathetic and informative support to address their needs and concerns.
  • Manage the intake process, ensuring seamless onboarding and case management to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to resolve client inquiries, address case-related issues, and facilitate communication.
  • Utilize case management software to track client information, case progress, and outcomes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and expectations to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate complex client situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the legal industry or a related field.
  • Interviewing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in their preferred language.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
