Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager at Moe's Southwest Grill is a key member of our management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fast food restaurant. As a seasoned business professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision: Manage and motivate a team of crew members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every guest has a positive experience at Moe's, providing top-notch service and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control food and labor costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget and maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Operations Management: Assist the General Manager in executing company policies and procedures, ensuring that we are meeting sales goals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership Development: Provide guidance and support to subordinate supervisors and team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.

Requirements:

  • Business Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in business management, preferably in the fast food industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.
