Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and seasoned Accounting Manager to spearhead financial operations. This role is crucial for ensuring precise financial oversight, adherence to regulations, and the enhancement of financial processes. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the executive team to uphold the organization’s financial integrity and facilitate its expansion in the US market.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will be a proactive and analytical professional with a robust foundation in accounting and finance. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in diverse accounting roles is essential, encompassing month-end reporting, financial process optimization, and cash flow management. The candidate should possess demonstrable experience in managing invoicing processes, accounting entries, and bank account reconciliations. A comprehensive understanding of tax compliance and legal obligations is also required.
Key Responsibilities

As the Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the complete accounting operations, which encompasses payroll processing, accruals, payments, month-end closing activities, expense management, supplier invoicing, and collections.
  • Guaranteeing accurate and timely month-end financial reporting, reconciliations, and comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancements in accounting processes and systems.
  • Managing cash flow effectively and fostering strong relationships with banking partners.
  • Coordinating the registration and verification of invoices, alongside managing showroom invoicing.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax filings and legal requirements.
  • Collaborating with management to formulate financial strategies that contribute to the company’s growth in the US market.
Qualifications

The requirements for the Accounting Manager role include:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification is advantageous.
  • 3-4 years of accounting experience, particularly in month-end reporting, financial processes, and cash management.
  • Experience in managing showroom invoicing and accounting entries.
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
