Key Responsibilities- Drive a new-model luxury SUV on the Uber platform, providing top-notch service to clients.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and ready for each shift.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and clients to ensure seamless service.
- Meet or exceed performance standards, including safety and customer satisfaction.
- Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $17.50 to $22.75, depending on the time of day.
- Opportunities for pay raises with tenure.
- Flexible scheduling, including full-time and part-time options.
- Access to a new-model luxury SUV for each shift, with all expenses covered, including fuel, insurance, and maintenance.
- Basic healthcare coverage, including dental and vision.
- 401(k) with up to 4% company match.
- Bonus awards for safe driving.
- Must be eligible to drive on the Uber platform.
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and saliva drug screen.
- A clean driving record, with no more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
- No driver's license suspensions within the past 3 years.
- No existing suspensions from the Uber platform.
- Successful completion of the Alto Driver Training Program is required.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to communicate verbally and follow directions from our dispatch team.
- Comfortable with navigational apps and able to enter and exit the vehicle consistently to assist clients with their luggage.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly/occasionally.
- Able to sit for extended periods.
