Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Educational Support Specialist to join our team in Marina, California.

As a key member of our staff, you will work one-on-one with students, providing supervision and support to enhance their learning experience.

Your role will be essential in creating a positive and inclusive environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support students on a 1:1 basis.
  • Assist students with daily activities and academic tasks.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement individualized learning plans.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
  • Maintain communication with teachers and parents regarding student progress.
About the Role

This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of paraprofessional or special education experience.

You will be working with diverse student populations and must be able to communicate effectively with teachers and parents.
