Job Summary

Boldt Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Asset Manager / Portfolio Manager to manage a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and a proven track record of success in managing assets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and develop standard work, metrics, and guidelines to measure progress and drive business success.
  • Lease space in new development projects and stabilized properties as needed to support business growth.
  • Create structured financial offerings to fund real estate projects that support business strategies and client needs.
  • Develop a strategic action plan to collaborate with clients and professional services providers in the industry.
  • Identify, develop strategy for, and pursue clients and projects for short- and long-term success of Operations Unit and the company.
  • Demonstrate sound financial management by finding opportunities to improve revenues and achieve operational and strategic goals.
  • Guide projects through client relationship building, project concept through entitlements, leasing, financing, design, construction, and turnover to the asset management team.
  • Coordinate consultants and project team members to deliver real estate projects to completion that meet client needs.
  • Develop a high level of understanding of Boldt Holdings clients and prospective clients.
  • Attend community and industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to grow relationships with clients and industry partners for future business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Communications, or related field.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in a real estate development setting.
  • Strong communication skills, including a willingness and comfortability to create and maintain relationships through cold and warm phone calls.
  • Interpersonal adaptability, along with the ability to communicate and connect with a variety of individuals, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking by contributing to vision, business development strategies, and systems to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Outstanding marketing/business development and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, with strong skills in Excel preferred.
  • A valid driver's license may be required, and individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.
Working Conditions

The working conditions of this position require the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.
