Job Title: Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and optimize the repair process for our customers. This role involves collecting and entering data into SAP daily, managing quotes, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities at the customer site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve the MRO/repair process with a focus on plant reliability.
  • Collaborate with customer management and technicians to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct critical asset analysis and support maintenance in developing predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Work with Allen Bradley and third-party OEMs to provide repair documentation and interpret root causes.
  • Identify key failures and assist maintenance teams in understanding root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and repair facilities to recommend solutions that minimize failure occurrences.
  • Monitor repair turnaround times, identify trends, and work to reduce delays.
  • Optimize spare parts for existing and future equipment.
  • Provide consultative, transactional, and analytical services, including gathering product data, creating metrics, and generating reports for project status updates.
  • Implement process improvements in coordination with plant management.
  • Develop and present reports to customers on KPIs and open issues.
  • Manage process documentation, training, and KPI reporting, while considering environmental best practices.
  • Analyze inventory levels, failure trends, repair history, and pricing to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor equipment trends and recommend the use of predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), fault tree analysis (FTA), and reliability block diagrams (RBD).
  • Assist in setting training and standards based on failure modes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively use these tools for reporting and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven track record in independently managing work plans and timelines.
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma programs and methodologies.
  • Experience in reliability and working with electronics and electro-mechanical systems is a plus.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certifications are highly desirable.
