The Customer Service Technical Representative plays a crucial role in delivering sales and technical support for our diverse range of products. This position involves engaging with customers primarily through phone, fax, email, and online platforms, ensuring a prompt, friendly, and professional interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Provide exceptional customer support in alignment with company policies and procedures.

2. Address a variety of technical inquiries related to our dental products and applications.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.

**Education and Experience**

A high school diploma, along with a one-year certificate from a vocational or dental program (e.g., Dental Assisting or Dental Lab Certificate), is required, coupled with 1-3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
