**Role Summary**

The Customer Service Technical Representative plays a crucial role in delivering sales and technical support for our diverse range of products. This position involves engaging with customers primarily through phone, fax, email, and online platforms, ensuring a prompt, friendly, and professional interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Provide exceptional customer support in alignment with company policies and procedures.

2. Address a variety of technical inquiries related to our dental products and applications.

**Competency Requirements**

Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures is essential.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with dental professionals and their staff.

Experience in a call center environment is preferred.

Demonstrated organizational skills and follow-up capabilities are necessary.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; familiarity with Oracle order processing systems is advantageous.

Ability to comprehend manuals in English and conduct online research is expected.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and colleagues.

Problem-solving skills to navigate various situations with limited standardization are crucial.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.

**Education and Experience**

A high school diploma, along with a one-year certificate from a vocational or dental program (e.g., Dental Assisting or Dental Lab Certificate), is required, coupled with 1-3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
