Job Summary

Embracing RBC Wealth Management's core values and inclusive culture, we're seeking a Client Associate/Registered Client Associate to join our team. As a trusted resource, you'll assist financial advisors and clients, leveraging your administrative and operational skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Take initiative to handle account inquiries and customer needs, escalating to financial advisors when necessary.
  • Adhere to compliance standards, obtaining and maintaining necessary account documentation and communicating with clients.
  • Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires, and ACHs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC's Code of Conduct.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills.
  • Attention to detail and a mindset focused on making advisors more efficient and effective.
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
