About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Trumpet Behavioral Health. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates to support client progress
  • Assist with assessments, introduce therapy programs, and select targets to address skill deficits under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Work with clients of various ages and skill levels, providing individualized support and guidance
  • Supervise and train therapists, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality services
  • Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and implement behavioral programs, monitoring client progress and making data-driven decisions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with ABA service providers, with a focus on supervision, training, and direct therapy guidance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Passion for delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families
