About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our Corporate Communication team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving large-scale software solutions following agile development processes.

You will interact closely with product owners, business, and technical teams to gather requirements, facilitate alignment and clarity across teams, and provide technical leadership on high-impact projects. Additionally, you will mentor and influence other engineers in the team, learn new and changing technologies, and adapt to ensure best software practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving large-scale software solutions

  • Providing technical leadership on high-impact projects
  • Mentoring and influencing other engineers in the team
  • Learning new and changing technologies and adapting to ensure best software practices and standards
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with expertise in front-end stack (ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Redux libraries) and back-end stack (Java, Python, NodeJS, and Microservices knowledge). Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark, is also desirable. Additionally, you should have experience with DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD, to support effective development and deployment processes.

You should be able to perform in a team environment, multitasking between several different requirements and features concurrently. Great analytical skills, a good problem-solving attitude, and strong technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills are essential. Proficiency in technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation is also required.
