Surgical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at Centerpoint Medical Center, a 285+ bed hospital featuring state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and efficient surgical experience. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, manage surgical procedures, and maintain a clean and organized operating room environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical experience.
- Manage patient records, medications, and medical equipment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Current Missouri RN license or Multistate RN License from a participating compact state.
- Minimum of 1 year Operating Room experience.
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Graduation from a school of nursing required.
