We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Nurse to join our team at Centerpoint Medical Center. As a key member of our OR team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the surgical team and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest surgical techniques and best practices.
- Current Missouri RN license or Multistate RN License from a participating compact state.
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience.
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Graduation from a school of nursing.
