Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and educating patients on post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse diploma or associate degree required.
