About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Solution Consultant to join our team at Verint Systems. As a key member of our Channel Program, you will play a critical role in providing technical pre-sales support to our partners in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Pre-Sales Support: Provide initial overview presentations and demonstrations that highlight the key business value of Verint solutions to executive-level audiences.
  • Partner Demonstration Needs: Capture partner demonstration needs and communicate them to the Verint Demonstrations environment team.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with Partner Business Managers and Partner Platform consultants to ensure seamless support.
  • Documentation and Certification: Review and ensure proper documentation is readily accessible on the Partner Corner website, and identify areas for revision.
  • Partner Education: Maintain or create partner education profile tracks for SC's, AE's, and Architects by selecting the proper material from Verint Sales enablement organization and internal LMS platforms.
  • Demonstration Support: Provide technical support at partner trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships within the Solutions Consulting organization, Product Management, and Partner Operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of solution sales and/or pre-sales, enterprise sales, and/or program/product management experience is required.
  • Strong Marketing and Sales Skills: Strong marketing, sales, business acumen, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present to a wide range of audiences are required.
  • Travel Expectations: Travel expectations are 25-30%.
Preferred Requirements
  • Knowledge of Channel Partners: Knowledge of Channel Partners across the US and Canada is preferred.
  • Positive Attitude and Skills: A positive can-do attitude, driven, reliable, trustworthy, intelligent, and team player with excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and creative consultative selling skills is preferred.
  • Virtual Office Environment: Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a virtual office environment is preferred.
