Significant Responsibilities:
The Patient Access Coordinator is essential in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Key duties include welcoming and registering patients, managing phone inquiries, and providing administrative assistance within the office.
- Welcome and assist patients upon arrival
- Handle co-payments and coordinate appointment scheduling
- Safeguard sensitive information
- Perform other assigned tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in reproductive healthcare or women's health services
- Willingness to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays
Work Environment:
The role requires effective communication, sitting at a desk, utilizing a computer, and occasionally standing or walking. Visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as operating a computer terminal, reading, and using office equipment.
Compensation Structure:
The offered salary will vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and expertise. Our compensation package may include an annual bonus and flexible working arrangements.
