Job Title: Implementation Specialist

Resulticks is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and implementing Resulticks for various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients and ability to troubleshoot solution problems.
  • Provide Technical Consultant support to implement Resulticks for various clients.
  • Create, design, and implement demand generation programs in Marketing Technologies.
  • Subject Matter Expert on product, integration process and complex program flows.
  • Assist clients with day-to-day process improvements, if needed, metrics reporting, simple solutions to complex policies.
  • Accountable for the success of solution and acceptance by customers.
  • Execute the identified action plan(s) to address identified issues through customer surveys.
  • Assist in improving customer relations which are reflected in customer service index.
  • Prepare appropriate status reports for delivery to customers.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have the ability to analyze problems and find solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and team collaborative skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Project Management skills and/or certification.

Experience and Academic Qualifications:

  • At minimum, a B.A. or B.S. in a relevant field of study.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.
