About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Audit Specialist to join our team at Cascade Innovations. As an IT Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting risk and security analyses in the field of IT audit & advisory, with a focus on IT system audits and projects.

You will also be involved in analyzing and implementing regulatory IT requirements for financial companies, taking into account VAIT / BAIT, among others. Additionally, you will support business audits and advise our clients on various information technology topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IT system audits and projects
  • Analyze and implement regulatory IT requirements for financial companies
  • Support business audits and advise clients on IT topics
  • Participate in annual audits of insurance companies

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, (business) informatics or (business) mathematics - preferably with a focus on insurance
  • First experiences through a dual study program, student job or internship in an insurance company are desirable
  • Basic knowledge of corporate accounting and/or tax law, and ideally knowledge in IT service management processes such as ITIL and COBIT
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
