Training and Guidance

  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients' needs.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address client needs and concerns.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Accurately document client progress, incidents, and concerns.
  • Provide timely and thorough reports to supervisors and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Certifications and Training
    • First Aid/CPR certification required.
    • Random drug screens and background checks will be conducted.
