Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at JBS USA. This role is essential in bridging our internal production facilities with external distribution partners, ensuring the precision of documentation, and collaborating across various supply chain and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all shipping and receiving operations between production sites and external distribution channels.
  • Ensure real-time inventory accuracy and traceability across SAP and third-party warehouse management systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the timely and accurate movement of stock transfers and sales orders.
  • Handle invoicing for external warehouses related to damage claims and cycle count adjustments.
  • Prepare and complete monthly inventory reconciliation reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or distribution planning.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred experience with SAP systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in daily tasks.
  • Capable of performing job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage available after 60 days of employment.
  • Paid Time Off: Includes sick leave, vacation, and 6 company-observed holidays.
  • 401(k): Company match begins after the first year of service, following the company vesting schedule.
  • Salary: Competitive base salary range of $21-23/hr.
