Miller Industries, a leader in the manufacturing of towing equipment, is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Greeneville, TN facility.
Role Summary:
The selected candidate will be an integral part of the Customer Service Team, responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Processing orders and tracking them through the ERP system.
- Collaborating with operations management on scheduling and product delivery issues.
- Conducting pre-delivery inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrating the ability to learn and effectively use the Miller Industries operating system.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Utilizing computer systems for communication and documentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office being preferred.
- Engaging with customers via phone, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Exhibiting strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Quickly learning product specifications and demonstrating mechanical reasoning.
Qualifications:
This position is classified as Salary Non-Exempt and is eligible for overtime. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
