Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Manager Assistant to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our General Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Process and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and receipts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and colleagues, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, using sound judgment and analytical skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
