Position Summary:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Customer Service Sales Representative is the key point of contact for customers in the store.

They are tasked with surpassing customer expectations by attentively addressing customer needs, identifying suitable products, providing detailed information about the merchandise, and successfully completing sales transactions.


Primary Responsibilities:


Achieve and exceed sales targets
Uphold brand and operational standards (visual presentation, cleanliness, etc.)
Proactively address customer needs and surpass expectations by utilizing the U.N.I.Q.L.O. service standard, adhering to the Uniqlo Fundamental Principles, and employing the six standard phrases.

Maintain knowledge of fitting room protocols and assist as necessary
Serve as a cashier when required, following established cashier procedures
Process incoming shipments and ensure all merchandise is available on the sales floor in full size runs
Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
Provide customers with product and brand knowledge
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and report any infractions to management
Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication abilities
Proficient in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
Capability to stand for extended periods, read computer screens, and lift or carry objects weighing at least 25 pounds.
Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom effectively, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
High School Diploma or G.E.D., or 6 months of retail or related experience.


Work Schedule:

Average of 12 or more hours per week based on business seasonality.
Open availability on weekends (religious exemptions will be considered).
