As a Desktop Support Technician at Celularity, you will play a vital role in providing responsive and high-quality customer support to end users companywide. Your primary responsibilities will include installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting workstation computers and peripheral devices.


Key Responsibilities



  1. Provide hardware and software support services for computer users, ensuring problems are managed and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Install, configure, test, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot workstation computers and peripheral devices, as well as server operating systems and services.
  3. Provide software support by completing software installations and assisting users of various levels of computer sophistication in the operation of a wide variety of new and existing software.
  4. Establish and maintain user accounts, user-related network resources, and security access protocols and systems.
  5. Work with ticketing systems to manage user requests and support.
  6. Provide remote support to users nationwide using remote support tools over the phone.
  7. Perform routine research, analysis, and problem diagnosis, consult with internal and external technical staff when required, and repair or replace equipment as necessary.
  8. Administer user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365.
  9. Tier I support of Single Sign On, Multi Factor Authentication, Office 365 systems (Skype for Business/Teams, Cloud PBX, Cloud Conference Calling, Exchange Online, and SharePoint online).
  10. Maintain accurate asset management by maintaining records of all systems in production, in stock, or retired.
  11. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot A/V equipment to ensure smooth operation for meetings, presentations, and executive boardroom sessions.
  12. Assist in setting up IT systems and rooms for internal and external audits.
  13. Provide exceptional, personalized IT support to the C-Suite, addressing issues quickly and discreetly.
  14. Adhere to, update, and create SOPs for day-to-day operations.
  15. Design and prepare technical reports, presentations, or briefs.

Requirements



  1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  2. 3+ years of directly related experience.
  3. Microsoft technology stack expertise, including Active Directory 2012, Windows 8.1-10+, Office 365 E3-E5, and Microsoft Office 2013+.
  4. Imaging Systems for deploying desktop images.
  5. Experience assisting employees of varying levels of computer expertise and ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to staff of all levels of technical sophistication.
  6. Ability to diagnose and repair problems with computers, peripheral devices, and network-related equipment.
  7. Ability to think logically and analyze technical information, including written manuals, computer/equipment mechanisms, and parts.
