Job Description:

Hireio, Inc. is seeking a Results-Driven Sales Executive to drive business development efforts in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a solid understanding of export processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize digital platforms to identify and engage with U.S.-based clients requiring PCBA services.
  • Conduct in-depth customer analysis to accurately target and qualify leads, and follow up with cold calls, emails, and on-site visits to secure inquiries and orders.
  • Negotiate business terms including pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms, ensuring successful contract closure.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, factory video tours, and maintain regular communication through phone or video calls to build strong relationships.
  • Develop and execute a personal sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Attend international electronics industry exhibitions and events to promote the company's products and brand.
  • Regularly report progress and updates to the headquarters in China, aligning with the company's strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PCBA/EMS, with a solid understanding of export processes.
  • Prior experience in large account sales within the electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferred, along with an existing client network.

Estimated Salary: $96,000 - $120,000 per year.
