Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Division Director of Crisis Services to lead our Screening & Crisis Intervention Program, Acute Family Support Services, and Mobile Crisis Resolution Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and supervision of these programs, ensuring they meet our organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the overall administration and supervision of the assigned programs.
- Supervise Directors, Supervisors, and direct care staff as necessary.
- Represent the program in the community, as requested.
- Develop and evaluate programs to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Utilize evidence-based practices in crisis response to evaluate program performance.
- Provide after-hours coverage as appropriate and as indicated.
- Monitor statistical information to measure outcomes and performance of all budgets.
- Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in mental health.
- Previous experience working in crisis services is required.
- Active NJ screener certification is mandatory; clinical license is preferred.
This is a 40-hour full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on education and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 403(b) employee participation and employer match. We also offer 3.2 weeks of PTO in the first year and 9 agency-paid holidays.
