Physical Therapist Clinical Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to lead our clinical operations as a Clinical Director at JAG Physical Therapy.

About the Role
  • Drive business results and meet census goals through effective leadership and clinical expertise
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, as well as Medicare regulations
  • Manage facility maintenance, staff training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor staff compliance, patient satisfaction, and documentation audits
  • Manage expenses, scheduling, and interviewing/hiring of clinical staff
  • Develop and implement clinical programs, and monitor their effectiveness
  • Collaborate with HR to resolve performance problems and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Doctorate degree preferred
  • Professional license/certification required, with a valid CPR license
  • Minimum of three years' clinical outpatient experience and two years' clinical supervision or program development experience preferred
  • Knowledge of EMR systems and ability to troubleshoot
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
