Restaurant Operations Manager

At JRN, we're on a mission to feed the world with southern hospitality. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be second in command of a thriving $1 million+ business, working closely with your Restaurant General Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:- Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with your Restaurant General Manager to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure everyone is working towards common goals.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
- A natural leader with a passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to grow and develop your skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with your team and customers.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as you may need to make deposits or attend meetings.
