At JRN, we're on a mission to feed the world with southern hospitality. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be second in command of a thriving $1 million+ business, working closely with your Restaurant General Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with your Restaurant General Manager to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring the restaurant remains competitive and profitable.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
What We're Looking For:
  • A natural leader with a passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as you may need to drive to make deposits for the restaurant.
