At JRN, we're looking for a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, mentoring and developing team members, and ensuring that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth
  • Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to develop and implement business strategies and operational plans
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a natural leadership style, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll also need to be a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
