Nations Roof, a leading commercial roofing contractor in the US, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Team Leader to lead our installation teams and ensure top-notch results.

Estimated Annual Salary: $65,000 - $90,000

Job Overview

This role involves hands-on leadership of roofing crews, focusing on new and existing roof installations. Our teams work with various commercial roof systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, manage tasks, and maintain manufacturer warranties.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Roof inspections and warranty management
  • Leading and training assigned crew members on proper construction techniques for different commercial roof types
  • Accurate record keeping of time and materials
  • Representing the company and interacting with others in a professional manner at all times

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial roofing (BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope systems)
  • Proven leadership and training skills, particularly in small team environments
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical field application problems
  • Daily reporting and adherence to job-site safety and OSHA requirements
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Willingness to travel as required

Additional Advantages
