We collaborate with over 400 suppliers globally, including renowned brands such as AC Delco, Motorcraft, Denso, Bosch, KYB, Monroe, Gates, Dorman, and Exide, to provide our partners with top-quality parts.Every team member plays a crucial role in our achievements. We are in search of a dedicated, self-motivated individual to assume the position of Inventory Specialist.


Responsibilities:


The Inventory Specialist is tasked with facilitating the inventory process efficiently to meet daily replenishment requirements, uphold productivity standards, adhere to deadlines, manage administrative responsibilities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.

Responsibilities:
Maintain high levels of inventory productivity and efficiency

Assist in the inventory process to fulfill customer timelines

Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment

Maintain an effective equipment structure to support shipping operations safely and efficiently.

Help resolve discrepancies related to zero'd and skipped products.

Monitor the flow of documentation from inventory controls to shipping for timely data entry.

Foster excellent cross-functional and interdepartmental communication

Assist in navigating and prioritizing incoming products.

Regularly check systems and emails to ensure customer satisfaction

Keep workspaces clean and free of safety hazards

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Requirements:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Availability to work weekends

Minimum of 1 year of inventory experience

Familiarity with WMS/inventory management systems and RF technology.

Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic order flow changes

Self-starter with the capability to identify and address production delays proactively

Experience in tracking metrics, including key performance indicators such as team productivity.

Knowledge of automotive parts is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Outstanding customer relations skills

Strong skills and experience in team management

Excellent communication abilities

Demonstrated commitment to achieving results

Ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10 hours, squat, bend, reach, and safely navigate stairs (applicable to locations with stairs)

Capability to operate powered equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.)
