Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Parts Authority LLC. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, and accurately filling customer orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing incoming stock
  • Labeling and storing stock in a safe and organized manner
  • Assessing stock for damages and reporting any issues
  • Filling customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Scanning items into the warehouse management system
  • Inspecting stock for damages and maintaining records
  • Organizing the warehouse space to ensure efficient workflow
  • Preparing orders for shipment
  • Picking orders for shipment
  • Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments
  • Operating stock management tools, such as powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks
  • Counting stock and maintaining inventory records
  • Routine cleaning duties
  • Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized
  • Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience
  • Ability to accurately follow directions and maintain individual productivity and quality standards
  • Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100lbs
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
  • Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/or stairs) or balance
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus
  • Attention to detail, great communication skills, time management skills, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work well with other staff members and supervisors
  • Must have an open availability, flexible, and able to work various shifts and overtime
